The storm that came through on August 3rd downed power lines and trees throughout McSherrystown, and was pretty localized to our area, even following a path of destruction. The lights are up on Main Street in McSherrystown and they look really great. The large tree where the Boy Scouts are selling Christmas Trees is also lit, and houses up and down the streets of McSherrystown are lit for the holidays. McSherrystown is a sight to be seen.
